I believe our greatest life’s work is to keep coming back to ourselves. If you've been suffering, I’d like to help you regain your inner peace. I acknowledge that sharing your thoughts and feelings is vulnerable. It takes so much courage just to begin. It’ll be my honor to support you through your current struggles. My approach I’ve been a practicing clinical psychologist for the past 14 years. I specialize in adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, aging, and caregiving. I’ve also completed a yoga teacher training (E-RYT 200 hr). So, for those seeking it, we will take a holistic approach to therapy, integrating both cognitive and somatic approaches to restore your peace. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Supportive Psychotherapy, and am client-centered. Ultimately, we will collaborate together to help you regain your flow in life. When you are ready to begin, I’ll be happy to hear from you. My focus I take a flexible approach depending on your main concern. This could mean that we focus exclusively on the present. However, for some, it will be helpful to look back over the years to understand where certain thoughts or behavioral patterns came from and how those patterns show up in your life today. My communication style I ask open-ended questions and invite your input. I may offer prompts to help you look at things from a different perspective or give you things to consider, to widen your perspective. I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to say what you’re thinking and feeling. This is how you will benefit the most from therapy. My goals for you I’d love for you to feel free and empowered in this process. This is a place to reconnect with yourself, without concern for judgement. The best thing you can do is show up, be authentic, and do the hard work. I’ll be cheering for you.
