Yes, there typically is some pain associated with PT (to varying degrees). However, Dr. Feuerstein makes every effort to limit and/or eliminate that pain. She explains why the pain, and how the PT will help reduce and ultimately resolve the pain. No pain, no gain. Objective... reduce/eliminate that pain and improve functionality.

About Dr. Alisa Feuerstein
I was born in Washington State and grew up in the Redmond/Woodinville area. I was heavily involved in athletics growing up, but focused primarily on track and soccer. Being a true Seattleite, I completed my undergraduate degree in psychology at The University of Washington. Go Dawgs! I then moved to sunny Arizona and received my DPT at Northern Arizona University. My last clinical rotation was at SPT – Factoria and I loved it enough to stick around after graduating. When I’m not in the clinic, I like to spend my free time cooking, making coffee, trying new restaurants, making pottery, and dabbling in photography. Fun fact about me: I used to work as a barista at a specialty coffee shop in graduate school.

Everything went smoothly. Front desk has all the forms and insurance coverage has been checked. Alisa spent time to ask questions and listen to what happened. She gave me several exercises and also set up the App so that I can do them at home.

Extremely helpful initial assessment. Knowledge of sports related rehab exercises addressed my pain over a short time. Good emphasis on how hard to work my elbow to achieve benefits.
