Alison is positive, empathetic, honest and participates in the discussion. I highly recommend her for talk therapy. She's been very helpful and supportive over the past year. We started our session in her office and quickly and seamlessly switched to session over video when COVID-19 hit in March 2020.
Excellent listener, great feedback, very knowledgeable of the most current therapeutic philosophies, strategies, and solutions for real results. I have made tremendous personal progress since working with Allison.

The only step I have taken alone in my journey to sobriety was that first call I made to Alison Bulman. Thereafter I have had a constant and steady companion as I pulled my life together and committed to a life without alcohol. She has informed, coached, encouraged, comforted, pushed, and celebrated with me. She never once judged me. She has been an indispensable ally in this battle. No one should have to take up this fight alone. If you come to her for help, you will get it. And if you commit yourself to working with her there is a good chance you will be where I am; looking back in time wondering why you didn’t do this sooner, confident in the tools you’ve acquired to live your life differently and better. The best advice I received was to get help to do this. The best decision I made was calling Alison Bulman.
