Allaire Merlini is a dedicated physical therapist who began her clinical practice in 2024 after earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Dominican University New York. Allaire's approach integrates the latest evidence-based techniques with a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement science. As a retired competitive dancer, she has a special interest in treating dancers and other performing artists and has experience treating on Broadway. With a passion for movement, Allaire provides individualized care aimed at optimizing performance, preventing injuries, and promoting long-term mobility. She focuses on creating customized treatment plans that support each patient’s goals and aspirations while empowering them to move with confidence and strength. When not treating patients, Allaire loves to travel, bake, and play pickleball with family and friends!

I’ve been going to Allaire for PT for my neck and she has been great. She has worked on both strengthening and range of motion exercises, which has helped tremendously. Everyone on staff at the clinic is very friendly and professional. Highly recommend this clinic!
