“I have seen huge progress in my knee, back, and strength. Allison has always catered to the underlying issues and not just what was surfaced! I am very excited and looking forward to working on issue I didn't address for the last 2 years along with the injury due to the case and progress overall.”

About Dr. Allison Bremer

I’m an East Coast kid through and through—born in New Jersey, seasoned in Boston, and now trading snowstorms for Seattle’s endless drizzle on my first-ever adventure living on the West Coast. I’ve grown up playing pretty much every sport I could get my hands on: dance, soccer, basketball, golf—you name it. I kept that momentum going in college as a Division III Women’s Lacrosse player before heading to Boston University to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Outside the clinic, you can usually find me searching for a great food spot, lifting at the gym, fishing, or diving into new hobbies like crocheting and boxing. (My crochet projects currently resemble abstract art, but I’m committed.) As a physical therapist, my philosophy is simple: your injury doesn’t define you. It’s just a plot twist—an opportunity to grow, rebuild, and come back even stronger, both physically and mentally. I’m here to support you, cheer you on, and help you feel confident, capable, and ready for whatever challenge comes next (rain or shine… but let’s be honest, mostly rain).
