“The minute I walked in the office I felt welcomed as someone needing help and not just a patient with an insurance plan. I have gone to several therapists and never have I experienced someone so thorough, caring, professional and committed to successful outcome. Time was spent gathering details similar to a physical exam and time returned providing information on condition, requirements to achieve the goals. After I visit, I am already seeing improvement which proves the travelling time to get was well worth it.”

For busy professional as I’m the only free time that I might have is weekend. Therefore I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to schedule appointment with Dr. Andrew Maynard-Reid, PT on Sunday afternoon. Through the years I had several serious injuries. Each time Dr. Andrew Maynard-Reid, PT helped to resolve the issues. He is skilled professional that is extremely helpful with helping patients to get better. So now when my low back pain reappeared I knew that I need Andrew to help me. His positive attitude makes a difference for people with medical issues dealing with pain. He provides detailed instructions so you not only can do all the exercises correctly but also can continue the plan at home. The office is clean and modern. Highly recommend services of Dr. Andrew Maynard-Reid, PT to everyone.

It was my first time visiting the office and I’m very impressed! I was examined and received the recovery program and create instructions. I was suffering with a lower back and neck pain for a while. After my first session I already feel much better! Will definitely continue the treatment.

Dr. Andrew’s expertise and humanity have been miraculous. From the very first visit he could target the weak muscles and spots that were causing me pain and worked on strengthening the weaker muscles. He is spot on and a delightful human being, one of a kind. His massage has transported me to a beach in Bahamas- his hands have depth, warmth and lots of experience and eagerness to make you feel the best of you - sunny, radiant and painless!

This isn’t the first time nor will it be the last time in receiving PT from Dr. Maynard-Reid. For a person like myself, years of physical training and dancing lead to the expected wear and tear, along with serious injury. That brought me to only want years of qualified experience and someone who can guide me in the right direction along the way. Instead of stopping me from exercising I was shown the correct way to exercise, which for me, was the best. Another benefit is the one on one treatment sessions where he immediately corrects me when my exercise technique is not accurate. From exceptional bedside manner to the focused work ethic in every treatment session, I simply could not ask for more. The results of a hip fracture healing in half the proposed time speaks for itself! I don’t know if I’m more excited to get back to dancing or hiking, or both!

After months of struggling with back pain, I decided to see Dr. Reid to get some relief. I had 2 sessions with him and I already feel so much better. His office is right outside the train station and the office is nice and clean.
Dr. Andrew saw me right after my initial registration and he was able to provide me one on one treatment with guided exercise. I came to see him after having knee pain from running for long hours and with his treatment I can see myself running very soon.

Andrew was helpful, enthusiastic and provided a lot of great information with regards to my injury. Highly recommend to everybody!
Andrew doesn't overbook but instead spends the time you allotted for your appointment with you. Amazing! I learn a lot from each interaction and the homework is targeted to my specific needs not a cookie cutter strengthening program. I feel lucky to have found this calibre of care, finally! I have seen so many practitioners over the years and I finally feel I am healing and getting to the root of my chronic pain issues. He is realistic, solution-oriented and earnest in helping you find your optimum wellbeing. Congratulations your research has paid off: you are in for an enlightening and edifying session and healing journey ahead!

Andrew was incredibly kind and thorough in his assessment. Though the news was not ideal - he put me at ease with a plan and honest feedback on what I needed to do to regain mobility. Highly recommended!

It was a great experience working with Dr Maynard-Reid. He is very personable and makes you feel comfortable. I learned a lot about physical therapy in general as well as the exercises it would be safe for me to do with my injury.
10/10 would recommend. I've been coming regularly for almost a month now (for my shoulder) and I can feel that I'm getting stronger. Andrew is very knowledgeable and I've learned a lot about how the human body works and about my own recovery/progress. Plus, Andrew's uplifting demeanor and fun sense of humour makes going to PT feel like a treat and not a chore!
The experience went beyond my expectation. Andrew Reid is professional and took time to carefully explain m y condition. I was encouraged to follow the home exercise program which he showed me how to do correctly.
Andrew takes great care to explain in clinical and layman's terms, how each exercise and stretch will aid in my recovery. He is knowlegdeable and always has a sunny demeanor.
Great service. The time went by quickly. Enjoyed the motivational pop talk and the encouragement to wholistic self care. Looking forward to my next visit. Bravo .
Andrew is knowledgeable, patient and caring person to his patients. He explained clearly to me about the causes of pain to my health issues. He took time to send me some exercises via text messages on the phone and showed me how to do them correctly without causing additional pain. I think he's doing his job above and beyond my expectations.
Every thing.
Have been through several (5+) injuries and PT rehab in my life and have found Andrew to be one of the best and absolutely the most comprehensive I have encountered.
Andrew is extremely knowledgeable about helping my condition and very friendly. It makes my sessions much easier to tolerate knowing I am in capable hands of a professional who also knows how to make me laugh.
