“As an athlete for many years and a mom of 3 I was struggling to get my strength back after an ACL and meniscus surgery. I was going to another facility 4 days post op and was there for about 6months until I decided that wasn’t a fit for me anymore. I’ve been going to ORD Performance for 1.5 months and I’ve noticed a HUGE improvement in this short time compared to my 6months at my other PT clinic. Andrew’s dedication, motivation and patience to getting me better are unmatched. He is definitely someone I will recommend to anyone that is trying to get back to shape and back to their normal active life. ”

“Andrew is great - Ive seen him for chronic pain in my knees and back that other providers weren’t able to help with. Every visit he adjusts exercises to my needs and introduces variety so it doesn’t get too repetitive. He demonstrates right technique and provides detailed explanation on how each movement affects the body. I feel much better and stronger with each visit. Andrew treats his patients in a respectful and friendly manner, and ensures comfortable and safe environment. Highly recommend to anyone considering physical therapy!”

Andrew has helped my ACL and ankle sprain recovery monumentally. I highly recommend for patients looking to return to sport or various physical activity to seek Andrew’s consultation. His professional expertise can provide you with specific and individualized recovery plans suited for your interests and goals. I especially recommend him as an alternative solution to general physical therapy locations such as Athletico, ATI, etc. where quality of patient care and treatment has severely degraded over the last decade.
I worked with Andrew after I strained my hip flexor months ago. I worked with a health professional who did make it feel slightly better, but it did not allow me to play soccer or coach players at the capacity I needed to. After 2 sessions, I got 90% of my kicking strength and confidence back. He helped me return back to game and to my job.
I’ve been working with Andrew for 6 months now due to recurring hamstring issues. He’s been one of the best physical therapists I’ve worked with. He gives me challenging enough exercises, training sessions, and has even been on doctors visits with me. I’d recommend him to anyone who is seeking a detailed and competent physical therapist.
I have been doing physical therapy with Andy for over a year now and it has been a great experience. He has a lot of knowledge and explains the “why” behind each exercise. I have had 2 knee surgeries and rehab with Andy has been great. Outside of regular PT appointments, Andy is also available for calls during the week and overall the scheduling is very flexible and easy to make appointments. My surgeon is also very pleased with the progress that has been made.

I am extremely thankful for the exceptional care I have received from Andrew Sobarnia during my recovery following spinal fusion surgery. From our very first session, it was evident that Andrew is not only a highly skilled physical therapist but also a dedicated professional who genuinely cares about his patients. His innovative approach to creating personalized therapy plans has made a remarkable impact on my recovery journey. Andrew takes the time to explain each exercise and its purpose, ensuring I feel informed and confident throughout the process. His ability to adjust treatments based on my progress has been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend ORD Performance & Physical Therapy to anyone in need of a committed and empathetic physical therapist.
