“Arielle is tremendously talented as a Pilates teacher; she is patient, warm, knowledgeable and has an extensive knowledge of both Pilates technique and anatomy that really makes for a powerful session.
I was newer to Pilates, but felt very safe and confident in the process as Arielle led me through a variety of exercises that were helpful both for physical rehabilitation and general fitness. It was also fun! She has the ability to create a joyful atmosphere that makes the process even more effective.

About Dr. Arielle Levy
I offer mobile physical therapy treatment in your home and reformer Pilates out of my Santa Monica apartment. All new patients are required to book a virtual consult where we will assess your needs and decide on a plan of care.
Services include:
- Neurologic rehab: Parkinson’s, neuromuscular disease, stroke, brain injury, concussion, multiple sclerosis, and more
- Pre and post breast surgery and breast cancer rehab
- Pilates with both rehab or exercise-based focus
My services cover the West Los Angeles region and are cash-based. No insurance is accepted; however, I can provide a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance toward your out-of-network benefits.
Pricing:
Physical Therapy Session: $200
Pilates: $115

Over the course of my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in various healthcare settings, including orthopedics, acute care, and neurology clinics. I believe in a whole-person approach and pride myself on providing empathetic care through a trauma-informed lens. I use my knowledge of movement, manual therapy, pain, the nervous system, and neuroplasticity to guide treatment, remediate symptoms, and empower you.
I’m deeply committed to community engagement, ongoing education, and the promotion of wellness. When I am not working, I love to travel! I’ve been all over the world with just a backpack on my back. I also enjoy dancing, cooking, art, and hiking.
