Dr. Ashley Brauer is serving as the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new White Lake facility. “I am incredibly grateful, and appreciative, for the opportunity to improve residents’ well-being in the White Lake & surrounding communities,” said Ashley Brauer, DPT. “I am passionate about creating a personalized therapy program to allow people to get back to feeling their absolute best and living life pain-free!” Ashley graduated in 2011, from Central Michigan University, with her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and in 2014 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Her strengths include manual therapy, orthopedic diagnoses with a focus on pre and post joint replacement rehab, chronic pain resulting from motor vehicle accidents, an array of sports medicine cases, as well as workman comp cases. Ashley has experience with neurological cases such as traumatic brain injuries, strokes, spinal cord injuries, and multiple sclerosis, as well as Parkinson’s disease. She prides herself on creating innovative and individualized tailored programs to optimize your recovery and get you back to feeling your best! When not working Ashley loves spending time with her husband, Andy, and their two boys, Mason & Carson. They enjoy traveling, camping, and being outdoors! “We are excited about our partnership with Dr. Ashley Brauer in opening the 10th orthopedic physical therapy clinic for Ivy Rehab in East Michigan,” said Scott Sherry, PT, ATC, and Regional Director of East Michigan. “She brings a tremendous amount of expertise and value to the White Lake community at a best-in-class facility she designed, and in a terrific location.” Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in White Lake will provide treatments that include dry needling, McKenzie Method, Parkinson’s Disease, pelvic pain, physical therapy, soft tissue mobilization, orthopedic therapy, post-surgical treatment, and TMJ treatment.
