We offer comprehensive evaluations followed by hands-on treatment and customized home programs to follow. We offer holistic solutions such as trigger point dry needling, shockwave therapy and massage therapy.
While I am out of network with insurance companies, I will provide you with a receipt for submission to your insurance provider after the visit. I have been treating patients on Cape Cod for the past 17 years. I graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2006 with my Masters in Physical Therapy. I then went on to receive my Doctorate from Temple University. I have taken extensive Manual Therapy courses and specialize in Dry Needling, Shockwave Therapy, Cupping and Myofascial Treatment. I love what I do. It brings me great joy to help patients reach their goals. I am a working Mom, a wife, an athlete and a lacrosse coach. I truly understand the value of your time. Concierge physical therapy allows me to provide the level of service that you need to reach your full potential. I am on a mission to help patients who are in pain avoid unnecessary surgeries, pain medications and injections.

Ashley’s knowledge and professionalism is beyond measure. I was in crisis mode due to a back injury that had me in agonizing pain. Ashely came that morning and did some dry needling as well as manipulations. She knew exactly what was going on with my body. I highly recommend Cape Concierge.

Ashley is fantastic and was super helpful. She is skilled with dry needling and made me feel comfortable with the process. After providing care to ease my pain she further supported me by creating a therapy plan that I could follow to continue moving towards my health goals on my own.

I was having knee pain with running and Ashley promptly came to my house, assessed my pelvis and lower extremities finding soft tissue restrictions, along with performing much needed dry needling all in one visit! Follow up visits were easy to schedule and convenient with Ashley and she left me feeling so much better during and after running! I would highly recommend Ashley for all your PT needs!

Dr. Ashley Katzenback provided exceptional care in the diagnosis and treatment of a lingering running injury. She applied sound and innovative physical therapy treatments. I was also provided daily targeted exercises which quickly made a difference to help resolve my issue.
This is my second time as a patient with Dr. Katzenback and she has consistently achieved outstanding results. I would definitely seek her care if needed again.

Ashley has been the person who has helped me the most in my recovery, following a sports injury, leaving me with a broken neck: fractured vertebrae in my neck and upper back, in addition to an occluded vertebral artery in my neck. I was in a neck brace for almost three months, and Ashley was my resource for keeping my body in the best shape possible for my recuperation, especially in preparation for when the brace did come off. More importantly, she was there to answer all of my many questions, and educate me, about how the healing process works. Neither my neurosurgeon nor the vascular surgeon had any time or availability to respond to my litany of questions in this part of my recovery. She gave me the confidence to really take back my life. The breadth of her knowledge and caring has been instrumental in me being able to live normally again. I so much highly recommend Ashley as a Physical Therapist.
