What should a new client know about working with you?

I take pride in helping patients develop self-awareness and agency. My goal is to assist my patients with finding healthy perceptions of themselves and developing healthy boundaries. Quality of life and working towards remission inform my decisions when caring for patients.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I very much like a positive and practical approach to mental health treatment including medication management and therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life and it starts with improving self-esteem and good self care. I like a person centered approach meaning finding solutions that work for you based on your values and priorities.
