About Dr. Brian Hoang
Hi, I’m Brian — a physical therapist who helps people move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. I specialize in seeing active adults (cross fitters, weekend warriors, gym goers, runners, athletes), personal injury/car accidents, neck, back/sciatica pain.
What sets me apart is my certification in the One80 System® — a results-driven rehab method that identifies the root cause of pain and restores real motion by retraining the neuromuscular system. It’s different from traditional therapy and often delivers faster, long-lasting results.
I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Georgia State and my undergrad from UGA. My personal experience with chronic pain and injuries fuels my passion for helping others get back to doing what they love — whether it’s weightlifting, running, climbing, or simply living pain-free.
I also speak Vietnamese and proudly serve a diverse patient population with personalized care.

Brian was great! I was dealing with back pain for a long time from lifting things day to day. He told me I didn't have to live with it and that it was fixable through exercise even though I tried watching a bunch of videos on youtube. He explained to me that first we'd have to figure out what's causing the back pain then we can pick specific exercises to target the muscles and after a few sessions I'm moving better than before! I highly recommend coming to see Dr. Brian.

I can’t recommend Brian highly enough! He has tremendously helped me with my TMJ issues and I’ve seen major improvements. Brian takes the time to really listen and understand my symptoms, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patient’s progress. He consistently goes the extra mile! If you’re dealing with TMJ or any complex issue and want a PT who is attentive and truly invested in your recovery, Brian is definitely the one to see!!

Brian Hoang is an exceptional physical therapist. I saw him shortly after delivering my baby, and my core was extremely weak—I couldn’t even sit up on my own for the first two weeks. I felt completely disconnected from my body and unsure how to move safely.
Brian took the time to really listen and thoroughly assess what was going on. He was able to reset my abs, and the change was immediate. I instantly felt more control and stability when sitting up, bending over, and moving throughout the day. It was such a relief to feel my core engage again.
He is incredibly understanding, kind, and patient, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and their recovery. I never felt rushed or dismissed. I highly recommend Brian, especially for anyone recovering postpartum or dealing with core weakness.

Brian was really great at explaining what was going on with my back pain. I've been to other medical providers before but they've never really took the time to figure out what was really going on. Brian found that out that my muscles were inhibited, helped me activate them and gave me a specific program to work on and now I'm back to lifting without pain!

I worked with Dr. Hoang for 8 visits, as required by my insurance company. He was sufficiently pleasant and direct about the exercises he instructed to perform. I was delighted to receive additional information on movements to perform at home . I would definitely return if need be.
