Brian received his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois in 1993, and his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1997 from Northwestern University in Chicago. He worked in the Chicago area, and then in Phoenix, Arizona, before moving to Dubuque with his family in 2003. Brian has been with Medical Associates since 2008, and has been manager of the Therapy Services department since 2019. Brian earned his certification in the McKenzie Method for Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for the spine and extremities in 2010, which he continues to maintain and is one of only two therapists locally who is currently listed by the McKenzie Institute as a certified provider. He also is certified in the Astym method for soft tissue mobilization, and has been trained in functional dry needling and blood flow restriction (BFR) therapy. Brian enjoys a variety of activities including skiing, golf, tennis, hiking, and travelling. He lives in Menominee, IL with his wife and 3 children.
