Nevertheless, I wish I could visit Dr. Candice Lee in person to treat my knee problem but distance between the clinic and my location is the main issue.”

This practice (Kauno) is poorly set up for video appointments. I've done online / telehealth PT before and had fantastic results. Here, the provider did not have space, was sharing a loud room with other people, and didn't have equipment prepared for our visit (ie charged electronics necessary for the call). Candice herself seems to be doing the best she can with the set up that Kauno provides.

Candice is available to answer any and all questions physical therapy related. She is excited to share her knowledge and always willing to help. She explains things very well and simply, making things easy to understand. She makes physical therapy fun and helped me get on the right track to completing a difficult hike when I was having back pain!
