About Dr. Cara Parliament

Dr. Cara Parliament is serving as the Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Howell facility. “I am very excited to be able to serve the Howell area and expand Ivy Rehab and All-Care’s quality services further into Monmouth County,” said Cara. “I look forward to helping Howell residents through their rehab journey, assisting them in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life.” Cara is very compassionate and gives each patient the care and attention they need and deserve. She strives to provide optimal care to all her patients and gets them back on their feet, back on the field, or back to work efficiently and effectively. She creates patient-specific treatment plans to attain both the patient’s personal goals and optimal functional outcomes. She enjoys treating all types of patients, from young athletes to worker’s compensation patients to the elderly population. She is LSVT BIG certified and experienced in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease, as well as patients with various orthopedic and post-operative needs. She started working in the outpatient orthopedic field with All-Care Physical Therapy, an Ivy Rehab Network partner, upon graduation from Stockton’s Doctorate Program in 2016 and has been with the company ever since. She also has experience in the inpatient rehab setting and with home therapy. Cara enjoys learning and is constantly working to hone her knowledge, skills, and techniques to provide her patients with the best possible care.
