About Dr. Carlos Donou
Dr. Carlos Donou is a passionate and versatile physical therapist who enjoys working with patients of all ages. A former Division I track and field athlete at Saint Peter’s University, he competed in the long jump and triple jump while earning All-Academic Honors. Carlos draws on his athletic experience to better connect with his patients. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree at SPU, he went on to achieve his Doctor of Physical Therapy at Rutgers University.
Dr. Donou was later selected to present his research on ACL rehabilitation at the APTA Combined Sections Meeting in San Antonio, Texas. He continues to expand his clinical knowledge and manual therapy skills as a member of The Institute of Orthopedic and Sports Manual Therapy. His professional goals include becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and, ultimately, a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist.
In his free time, Carlos enjoys competing in Madden, watching sports, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

I had a fantastic experience here. The high-quality questions really helped identify the root cause of my pain. I also appreciated that all exercises were done under direct supervision to ensure I didn’t cheat the form.
