My approach
We will work on identifying the full range of emotions, exploring avoidance, and identifying recurring themes that have led you to self-sabotage. We will explore past experiences as they related to the present moment and how you feel now. You will eventually feel empowered to release the past and live more fully in the present . I will provide a safe space for you to process traumatic memories, work towards overcoming problematic thoughts and behaviors, and develop effective coping skills . You will regain hope. We will work on identifying and labeling emotions and increasing awareness about feelings. You will learn self-soothing and coping skills. We will help you to work on achieving personal growth and development to reach self-actualization and integrity. You will learn how to better cope with distress. As a result, your self-esteem will improve. You will achieve a better understanding of yourself and your needs. You will find clarity and balance. Trabajaremos en la identificación de emociones.
