My approach is collaborative and client-centered, taking time to truly understand your unique story and tailor our work to your needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities including CBT, psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, and also integrate biofeedback and neurofeedback to help you build resilience and create lasting change.
