Melena Saddler, LPC

Psychotherapist
NY
I am a licensed mental health counselor in New York and a licensed professional counselor in Connecticut. I am a nationally certified counselor and a board-certified telemental health provider based in New York. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the State University of New York, Plattsburgh, and I am currently a doctoral candidate with an expected graduation in Fall 2024. My private practice focuses on women within the BIPOC community who have a history of sexual trauma. The majority of my clients are parents, single moms, young adults, or married women navigating their trauma while managing other aspects of their lives. I am confident in my ability to create a comfortable space for clients to be vulnerable and work through their concerns with me.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
