“I was treated here for a broken wrist. I was very nervous the first session not knowing what to expect, or if my wrist would actually make progress. My first impression of the facility is that it was very clean and welcoming. Mariah at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly, and was helpful with all of my scheduling and reviewing my insurance information. I liked the smaller more intimate setting as opposed to larger places because I felt like I was able to get more one on one attention when I needed assistance. I worked with both Chaz and Helen and had a great experience with both of them. They were attentive and answered all of my questions and made sure I was doing the exercises properly. They challenged me with harder activities when they felt I was ready, and that made a huge difference. They were also very personable and I enjoyed talking to them while working with them. I had very little strength and range of motion when I started and I truly am shocked at how much I have improved. Before I started, I thought I would dread having to go 3x a week but I truly enjoyed all of my sessions and will actually miss going.”
