I became a physical therapist because I genuinely love helping people improve their lives. My passion for this field began while working as a TaekwonDo instructor, where I found fulfillment in guiding my students to grow stronger, more confident, and capable of reaching their goals. That experience inspired me to pursue a career where I could continue making a meaningful impact on others’ well-being. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Seton Hall University and went on to complete my Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Rutgers University. Through my education and clinical experience, I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based care and patient-centered treatment. As a physical therapist, I believe in creating personalized therapy programs tailored to each patient’s unique goals and lifestyle. Whether someone is recovering from an injury, managing pain, or working to improve performance, my focus is on helping them return to the activities they love with confidence and strength. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy playing volleyball, staying active through workouts, and traveling. I’m a big sports enthusiast and value maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle—something I strive to encourage in my patients as well. My goal as a physical therapist is to use my expertise to help each patient achieve their goals and get back to doing what they enjoy most. I look forward to the opportunity to share my passion for physical therapy and support you every step of the way.
