About Dr. Chelsea Speck

Born and raised in Denver, Colorado, I have cultivated a lifelong passion for movement and recovery. As a former gymnast and collegiate cheerleader at the University of Kansas, I developed a profound appreciation for the human body's capabilities and resilience when supported appropriately. After earning a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Business from the University of Kansas in 2015, I pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas. My specialization includes outpatient sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, as well as the treatment of vestibular and concussion-related conditions. I hold certifications in Dry Needling (AAOMT), the Mulligan Concept, and Blood Flow Restriction Training. My commitment to evidence-based techniques enables me to assist clients of all ages and activity levels in achieving their goals, whether returning to sports, engaging in outdoor activities, or improving daily mobility with reduced pain. Outside the clinic, I enjoy snowboarding in the mountains, mountain biking, attending live music events, and exploring the outdoors with my dogs. I am grateful to live and work in Colorado, where wellness and adventure seamlessly intertwine.
