About Dr. Chelsea Turner

** ATTENTION: In order to provide the best possible patient experience, we ask that you contact the practice within the first 24 HOURS of an appointment request if you wish to ADJUST your appointment. ** ** Please expect a call from the office after making an appointment ** ** The appointment will not be confirmed until the practice speaks with you directly ** Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training with a minor in Nutrition from Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota and Doctor of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. In furthering her studies, she is also a certified Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Specialist. She specializes in functional dry needling, worker’s comp treatment and has a keen interest in gait abnormalities and balance impairments. Chelsea enjoys working with elderly patients and adolescents. Valuing honesty, she is always transparent with her patients when addressing their complicated issues. She strives to find specialized solutions, alternatives, or modifications to meet their needs. Chelsea believes every patient is unique, and their plan of care should be as unique as they are. Her favorite patients are those that come to learn, progress, and work hard to achieve their goals. Outside of the clinic, Chelsea loves spending time with her husband and four dogs outdoors hunting. In the summer they enjoy wake surfing, waterskiing and wakeboarding on the Rock River. To stay active, she runs and walks with her dogs and occasionally does high intensity interval training and weightlifts.
