About Chris O'Brien

I always had a passion for fitness, health, and human performance. I started my career at my local gym working in youth fitness and on the fitness-floor interacting with members. During my time in undergrad, I started personal training and coaching athletes to improve skills within their sport. After college I was continuing personal training but also ran a continuing exercise program for those graduating from cardiac rehab. I always felt there was a component of my job that was missing, I was hitting the health and fitness area, but need more of a puzzle to figure out with my clients. I then got a job as a PT-tech and new that PT would be the career for me, and I was applying to schools within the first month. After 6-month career as a PT-Tech I started my graduate school journey, able to complete an accelerated degree to fast-track my career. Physical therapy is the best blend of health, fitness, and human performance, I thoroughly enjoy my time work with my coworkers and patients!
