About Christian Atexide

I was first introduced to physical therapy as a high school athlete. Our team athletic trainer was also a private practice PT. I was injured and saw how he helped my teammates and me get back on the field. I love helping people, so it was a natural fit. I have been practicing PT (as a PTA, then PT) since 1989, with most of my career spent in outpatient orthopedics. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from Dominican University. Since 2021, I have been an associate faculty member in Kean University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program. I enjoy sharing my experience and knowledge with the future of the profession.
