About Christine Lam

Dr. Christine Lam, a New Jersey native, graduated from Rutgers University with her Bachelors in Exercise Science and Nutrition in 2017, then her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2020. Upon graduation, Christine was inducted to the National Student Physical Therapy Honor Society in recognition of her commitment to academic excellence, leadership, and service as a student physical therapist. As a former travel PT, Christine has experience working with all ages, from newborns to older individuals, in a variety of settings from inpatient rehab hospitals to outpatient offices. She has worked with different diagnosis from developmental delays, scoliosis, stroke, organ transplants, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Christine’s diverse clinical experience allows her to work with all individuals to meet their physical goals with a holistic and patient centered approach. She believes that physical rehabilitation should be collaborative and individualized as everyone's needs are different. Christine specializes in treating individuals with orthopedic conditions and in 2025 was recognized as a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy. She especially enjoys treating low back pain and knee injuries. In her free time, she enjoys exploring national parks, doing Pilates, playing volleyball, and staying active.
