Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been in practice for over 31 years. I completed my undergraduate and graduate work in San Diego, earning my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Professional School of Psychology. During this time, I wrote my dissertation on stress and burnout. This period in my career was instrumental in working with those who experience stress, anxiety, and depression, helping to redirect their focus onto healthy coping strategies.
