I have always wanted a career in which I can truly help people and change their lives for the better. Thankfully, through the skills and techniques I have learned within the field of Physical Therapy, I am able to live that dream daily. The human body is an amazing machine, and it is my goal to rehabilitate, facilitate, and improve that machine to the best of my ability. I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the City University of New York, College of Staten Island, and hold a Bachelor's degree from Wagner College.

Chris is absolutely the best at what he does. He trains often with athletes and has such a great understanding of how the body moves. He has helped my dancer daughter once with a hip issue and is now creating a plan for her again for another matter. Highly recommended.

Evolve makes results! In a short time! Chris is an x-ray man, he just knows where the problem is immediately, unbelievable. I hear from many others, he is really making miracles. Bravo!

I been coming to evolve since my knee surgery. When I came in I could barely walk It’s been a few weeks and the progress is fantastic. I walk with completely no limp , and can almost fully bend my knee. All the staff are super friendly and understanding and it is just a great experience overall. No matter who you work with you will have 100% satisfaction guaranteed!!

Evolve does amazing work. The therapists are incredible and make you feel like you’re the only one on their caseload. They set you up to succeed, giving you exercises to do between sessions, working with your personal tolerance and follow through your entire treatment plan. I highly recommend Evolve. They have a spirit that’s very unique. Great stuff !!

chris is amazing, I knew from my first visit that this was the best decision I made to help me heal properly. Chris made me feel comfortable and came up with a plan just for me. After leaving that first day I was so thankful to be able to move my shoulder more than i have in months. Evolve physical therapy will have you feeling better in no time!!

Chris is the man. End of story. Well not really, the story is he knows what he's doing and puts in the time and effort needed to helping you, more so than any other PT i've been to. FYI, i'm a PT student, so i know a good PT from a pile of garbage PT, so take my word for it.

I have only good things to say about Evolve. Chris is an excellent PT who is professional and fun at the same time. He has helped me make so much progress in a short time as I recover from
COVID-19. The facility is clean and well lit. I highly recommend evolve!

These guys are amazing. I came in with following a carpal tunnel surgery with my hand inflamed, swollen and painful. Dr. Chris evaluated me and not only got me back to working out at the gym, but he helped fix a chronic shoulder problem that I have had for years.
I cannot recommend Chris and Evolve enough. I've been for PT before, but never anything like this. They are located in a beautiful location in my Gym! Parking, a locker room and coffee. But beyond the amenities, they are highly skilled and attentive. I've never had service and hands on attention like I've gotten at Evolve!

I have been going to evolve for physical therapy for a year now and can easily say that this office offers more efficient, caring, and effective treatment as opposed to the several other offices I have been to. The staff consisting of Chris, Nick, Rathelky, and Elijah have not only educated me on proper biomechanics, but have also provided me with so much information about why my problems occur as well as offering ample amounts of preventative measures to keep me functioning at 110%. I could not recommend this physical therapy location any more!

The physical therapists and team at Evolve are amazing! I came into Evovle with broken spirits thinking I could not get better and would always feel pain from my many injuries. The Evolve team helped to build my strength both physically and mentally to finally feel some relief. They know exactly how to tailor treatment to each individual client and knew exactly when and how to push me so that I could continue to progress and get stronger! I could not have gotten through these injuries and what used to be chronic pain without Chris and Nick and the others at Evolve! Coming from many other physical therapy facilities in the past, I can honestly say that they are the best! Thank you, thank you for helping me to finally feel some relief and for always making me feel like I have a friend and no longer need to be defined by my injury!
