I hold an MEd in Guidance and Counseling from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville, and bring 30 years of varied experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, EAP provider, consultant, and coach. This background has led to specialties in marital and relationship counseling, work/life stress, trauma-informed interventions, EMDR, behavioral habits, and health and wellness. I have extensive experience working with a variety of clients, including many years on Military installations with Military Members and their families.
My manner of counseling is compassionate and practical. I view my clients—individuals, couples, and families—from a strength-based, holistic perspective, with an individualized approach to each person’s process of change and improvement in the issues presented and discovered throughout our work.
