I hold certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and as a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP). I’ve been trained by the International Association overseeing Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing to provide EMDR Therapy. I am Gottman Institute Trained, Level 1 and Level 2 Certified Couples Therapist. I serve as a Facilitator for Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Couples and have clinical practice training in Social and Emotional Learning.
