What should a new client know about working with you?

I complete an initial assessment to determine the best type of therapeutic approach. Together we create and develop individualized treatment plans to reach your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I typically with youth experiencing emotional and situational situations that typically are considered at risk. Adults who need brief therapeutic support to work through an issue, guide them and provide the needed support to grow, develop and prosper. I also work with complex patients whom have multiple health conditions tailoring a treatment plan to help with copping and processing through the journey of healing.
