At Loma Linda University, Claire was a primary researcher in a study titled "Low Back Pain - Does Hip Flexor Muscle Length or Strength Matter?" which was presented at the California Physical Therapy Annual Conference. Claire decided to pursue physical therapy after enduring multiple sports injuries that prevented her from doing what she loved. She understands the challenges that come with pain and injury and desires to help and advocate for each patient as they navigate that process. Claire utilizes many techniques such as soft tissue mobilizations, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, neuromuscular re-education, and therapeutic exercises -- all with a focus on a functional, individualized approach. Claire is originally from Ventura County but now calls Orange County home. She is passionate about sports and continues to participate in many including flag football, basketball, and pickleball. When she isn't in the clinic, you can probably find her at a local coffee shop or on a hike by the beach.
