“Recently, I experienced a completely unexpected and devastating fall that resulted in a broken wrist. Everything happened so fast, from getting her into surgery to beginning physical therapy. I was caught off guard by the entire situation, but I must say that attending physical therapy not only helps my injury, but it also calms my mind. Everyone there is incredibly kind. I've been working with Cole Francis, who has a wonderful demeanor that instills confidence in my recovery process. He is very patient, exceptionally kind, and takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, always reassuring me that my feelings and concerns are completely normal. The entire facility is spotless, and everyone is highly professional and remarkably accommodating. I've only attended two sessions so far, but I already love it there, and I truly believe that my recovery will be a breeze.”

Cole’s care, professionalism and support meant so much to me during a difficult time. After having my wrist immobilized for 2 months I had no range of motion and couldn’t perform even simple day to day functions. I am so grateful for his expertise in hand therapy as well as his upbeat manner each time I came for treatment. I will highly recommend him to friends as well as my orthopedist. Everyone at your facility was great, from the friendly receptionist including anll other staff members I encountered every time I went. I am forever thankful!!

I can’t say enough how wonderful Cole was. He is amazing and always cares about your recovery. Maria was also wonderful when making it seamless to making appointments. I would say everyone there are wonderful friendly and also cares . I would highly recommend the care you get in the Sayville location.
