“My experience with Cory Steen at Performance Medicine & Sports Therapy was nothing short of spectacular. While the facilities themselves are fantastic, I was most impressed by the expertise and professionalism of their staff. In particular, Cory provided an incredible PT program for me that was customized to my lifestyle and functional fitness goals. Coming off my second ankle surgery, I thought I knew what to expect from generic physical therapy in my past. Cory is not only insanely knowledgeable and a master of his craft, but I was blown away by his bedside manner and the way he interacted with clients. Cory took time each session to listen to any feedback, and then found ways to appropriately push me to the next step of my comfort zone. Cory's programming and intentionality gave me a renewed quality of life in my physical training and fitness. While he was able to expedite my recovery, I was genuinely disappointed once I was cleared because I truly enjoyed training with him so much!”

“Corey is great. I train for a lot of different things, whether its an Ironman or Spartan races. He helps me stay ready and is able to pinpoint areas that are bothering me to correct and fix them. I have an exercise science background myself and Coreys knowledge is impressive. You can tell, not only does he care about my performance and health but is incredibly passionate about what he does and the health/fitness world.”

I’ve been going to PMST for many years and have never been dissatisfied with anyone who has helped me out. Corey is one of the most knowledgeable man in the business ! He’s a great guy and great friend and always finds a solution to any problem that I came in with and never judges. He makes it extremely comfortable going in for help and he makes it really fun. He’s a genuine 10/10 DPT and I could not thank him enough for all the help he’s given me!
Corey was great to work with! He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me to rehab multiple sports related injuries with great results. I highly recommend working with him if anyone were to have any rehab needs!
Corey is an absolute stud! Great attention to detail and really knows his stuff. Absolute life saver with my ACL recovery. Helped right after surgery all the way back to full speed On court 5v5!
I had a great experience with Corey. Corey was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and actually took the time to explain what was going on and why we were doing each exercise. I noticed real improvement in my strength and mobility, and I felt more confident every session. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and results.
My previous PT actually recommended this place because I was at the return to sports phase and the practice, while excellent, didn’t have the bells and whistles necessary. So I went here. I was a little skeptical at first and thought it was just fancy to get people in, but then I realized I was wrong. Corey identified what I needed to do fairly quickly when I had some complicated surgery notes and history on my ankle. I’ve improved so fast due to him and the appointments are so easy to book I basically live here now. I’m trying to get a friend to join and if they wanted a particular PT while all are great I’m gonna go with Corey 0 hesitation
I cannot say enough about Corey and my experience with him. He helped me completely eliminate symptoms from a 3+ year nagging golf injury that had progressively gotten worse and worse. He was articulate, knowledgeable, professional and very obviously genuinely cared. His ability to navigate the injury with flexibility and consistency was incredible. Immensely positive, empathetic and friendly. It honestly felt like a family member was caring for me every step of the way and I’m forever grateful for my experience with him. Today, thanks to him, I am pain free and able to golf and weight train in ways I haven’t been able to for over 3 years. I’m getting back to my old self and already playing some of the best golf of my life in this early season. None of which is possible without Corey. The entire facility was great really. The energy in the facility was evident every day I was there. A truly special place and special group of PT’s.
There are not enough words to describe how phenomenal Dr. Corey Steen is. I have never received such thoughtful and productive care in PT before. I have Ehlers-Danlos, no standard treatment plan works, that causes stress all by itself. Trying to describe what I need or am feeling doesnt always make sense, other PTs stick to a treatment protocol which often will make issues worse or will not be beneficial and will not go outside that box. Corey is not afraid to live outside the box where my treatment is concerned, he listens to my fears, explains why we are doing what we are, and not afraid to pivot. What works one day often will not the next with EDS and having a provider that is aware and knowledgeable is key. You are never alone in your recovery with Corey in your corner.
Corey takes physical therapy to the next level. Each session feels like a personal experience. He does not follow a one program for all style, but rather takes the needed time to understand the injury and the patient to get a plan for recovery. He understands that patients are coming to him with things that have impacted their daily life, and applies that to the conversation in the session. Corey is an outstanding physical therapist that raises the bar by not only treating pain but also helping people cope with their pain so that they have the confidence to live their life freely without constantly worrying about holding themself back.
Because of Corey I went from deadlifting 135 lbs to 375 lbs in 1 year coming off a chronic back injury. Now I don’t wake up with back pain in the morning. He’s the real deal
Corey has shown continuous diligence and care towards my progress in my rehab. It has been an extremely tough year, as I was prepping to run a marathon, but had to postpone due to immense knee pain. I went through many doctors who just wanted to push medicine and told me to rest. He has shown expertise in my diagnosis of PFPS and has made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process. I know he will help me to get to my highest level of performance.
one of the best therapist out there!!!!!
Very knowledgeable and cares about your health. Dr. Corey talked me through my problems and created a good plan to address my weakness.
Corey listened to all of my concerns and provided a thorough explanation and plan for my recovery. The hands on treatment and specific exercises helped me recover in just a few visits!
Corey is an AMAZING physical therapist !!!!
Corey is the best! He is so helpful he treated me so well. I have never felt any better, coming in as a new patient It was a little nerve racking, but corey made me feel very comfortable. 10/10 RECOMMEND.
