Courtney is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Columbia University, where she worked with the Men's Division I soccer team studying injury risk and the use of functional movement assessments to reduce such risk. Courtney continues to utilize an evidence-based approach, applying movement science and strength training principles to help clients overcome limitations and achieve their highest potential. She firmly believes in the biopsychosocial model of care, considering the whole patient in her treatment plans. With extensive clinical experience throughout NYC, Courtney has worked with athletes ranging from recreational to professional levels, as well as in performing arts physical therapy, treating Broadway and Off-Broadway performers.
