More about Cynthia Green, LCSW
Through my years of practice I have come to understand that the most important factor in having a positive and productive therapy experience is the solid collaboration between the therapist and the patient. In a trusting, confidential and empathic environment one can manage challenging issues and find a way towards self improvement and further growth. I provide support and guidance and encourage self determination to help my patients reach goals that are important to them. It's a valuable partnership in which I hope to assist in finding a way to more fulfilling relationships, more satisfaction and greater self esteem.
I enjoy treating a wide variety of issues that bring people to therapy such as relationship struggles and loss including bereavement, difficulties that arise for artists working in creative professions, and developing skills to cope with depression and anxiety. Each treatment relationship is unique and compelling in its own right.
Additional clinical interests are parenting difficulties as well as working with individuals and families who are struggling with family health problems. I tend to work with patients who range in age from their late teens to their early forties. I have some flexibility in my fee.
