Hi there, I'm Daniel! My name is Doctor Daniel Fronczak, Psy.D., but my clients call me Dan. I have been a licensed clinical psychologist for over 16 years. It is an honor to support my clients as they manage challenges on the path to a life with more happiness, meaning, and joy. After a successful career in business—working for large corporations and managing my own business—I earned a doctorate in clinical psychology from Alliant International University to use my life experience and clinical training to help people live their best lives. Whether overcoming depression or anxiety, maximizing potential, or enjoying a peaceful work-life balance, I am here to support them. My approach I have used an eclectic approach to therapy for over 20 years, and my clients benefit from this flexible, integrative method that draws on techniques from various therapeutic models to address individual needs. Rather than adhering strictly to one framework, I combine elements from different theories based on what is most effective for a client’s issues and goals. For example, I may use psychodynamic therapy to explore underlying emotional issues and add cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to address unwanted behaviors or negative thought patterns contributing to depression or anxiety. The combination depends on the client's goals and issues. My focus I enjoy working with people tired of repeating self-defeating patterns and ready to make positive changes for a happier life. I have helped many clients achieve freedom from alcoholism, drug addiction, and process addictions to social media or pornography. We all possess inner wisdom that can guide us to a peaceful life and authentic happiness.
