About Darian Fernandez

Working in a pharmacy exposed me to the pain epidemic and the inability of pain medication to treat underlying causes. My passion for doing and teaching exercise led to me volunteer at a local clinic where I recognized the power of physical therapy for treating pain at the source. After a summer of volunteer work with Foundations Physical Therapy in Washington Township, I knew this was my calling. Through the support system at Dominican College and the friends I made along the way, I have taken numerous courses inside and outside of the classroom studying spinal manipulation, neurodynamics, and neuromuscular rehabilitation. Since then, I have joined the residency program with Professional to continue growing as a clinician. These skills allow me diagnose and treat a wide variety of muscular, skeletal, and neurological conditions including Parkinson's Disease and Stroke in an outpatient setting. I am also comfortable treating high school athletes and have a special interest in martial artists. Growing up as a wrestler, I have a love and understanding of grappling. To give back to that community by serving local athletes is something I would love to do more of.

The office is super clean, everyone is so friendly, you genuinely feel happy to go to your appointment. Darian makes sure to provide quick relief to any current pain and tools for you to relief the pain at home, while working on trying to fix the cause. 1000/10 highly recommended.
