About Dr. David Gonzalez
Hi! I am from Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated from Northern Arizona University with my Doctor of Physical Therapy. I also earned my bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University Downtown Phoenix Campus. I’m a dad to one forever puppy who traveled and studied with me throughout my entire academic journey. I casually enjoy pickleball and tennis, while weightlifting has been a part of my life for over seven years. I recently started rock climbing last year, with the goal of being able to climb a V4 or flash a 5.11. When I’m not at the gym, I love trying new restaurants, hiking, reading, and indulging in my passion for baking—especially cheesecakes. I am currently re-reading *Before the Coffee Gets Cold.* I’m excited to hear about everyone’s journey in life, and let’s make some PRs (personal records) in different aspects of our lives!
A quote that resonates with me is, “At the end of hardship comes happiness.” It serves as a reminder that investing time and effort to self-improve helps us overcome obstacles and brings satisfaction as we see our goals achieved. Yet, each accomplishment leaves us with the desire for more.

David is a wonderful physical therapist who cares deeply about the well-being of his patients. I was met with active listening and empathy as I detailed my injury to him. David has prepared a comprehensive rehabilitation program that has since helped me get back to my normal activities.

I have been visiting David in Sports Physical Therapy Bellevue for almost 2-3 months now. My backpain has improved a lot compared to before. The exercises that are assigned are very specific to the areas I want to improve upon.
