My journey as a physical therapist is fueled by a passion for sports, a deep fascination with human physiology, and a steadfast commitment to helping people move and feel their best. Specializing in musculoskeletal conditions, I combine resistance exercise, movement-based rehabilitation, and hands-on manual therapy techniques to support recovery, restore function, and build long-term physical resilience.
Empowerment through education is at the heart of my approach. I believe that understanding your body and your condition is an essential part of the healing process, so I strive to provide the knowledge and tools needed for confident self-management and lasting results.
My personal interests in hiking, yoga, martial arts, and weightlifting also shape my holistic view of therapy, reinforcing the importance of strength, mobility, balance, and the joy of movement in everyday life.
