About Delvic Mitchell Buga-ay
I’m a licensed Physical Therapist with experience treating orthopedic conditions, managing pain, and helping patients recover from injury. I’ve worked in both community and clinical settings, including with Department of Health in the Philippines, nursing home and pain management clinic.
My approach combines hands-on manual therapy with personalized exercise programs to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery. I’ve trained in the Australian approach to manual therapy and prioritize safe, effective care in every session.
I’m currently completing my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and MBA in Healthcare Management, which helps me stay up to date with both clinical practice and the broader healthcare system.
I focus on practical, patient-centered care and tailor each treatment based on your goals, whether you’re recovering from an injury or managing ongoing pain.

I came to his clinic with a severe lower back pain and I was having a hardtime walking- I was greeted and assessed by Mitchell. I love his professionalism with his treatment and I can say that he is very knowledgeable. I left feeling amazing!!

I was attended to right away soon as I entered the clinic. The front desk was very friendly and the place was neat and organized. I was introduced to Mitchell as my (first) main physical therapist and I couldn't ask for a better one. The evaluation was so thorough and all my questions were answered. I come out feeling so much better because of the stretches and exercises he gave me. I think everyone in the clinic are very approachable. Highly recommend!
