Dr. Derek Crane-Huston, PT, DPT, OCS, ACMT, serves as Clinic Director and Physical Therapist at the new Statesville facility. “I am truly grateful for the chance to invest my time, energy, and experience into the Statesville community,” said Derek. “I am eager for the opportunity to provide the best possible care and enhance the lives of others.” Derek moved to North Carolina from Pennsylvania in 2015 after he graduated with his physical therapy doctorate. He is board-certified in orthopedics and specializes in treating patients presenting with shoulder, knee, and spinal pain. Derek has also pursued a specialization in treating injured workers, with a focus on industrial services. Personally, Derek loves spending time with his wife and their dog, Apollo. He is very active and enjoys CrossFit, golfing, kayaking on Lake Norman, visiting the beach, and hiking with his family.
