She’s had the privilege of working at a clinic affiliated with Columbia University’s athletic teams, where she treated a wide range of athletes recovering from sports-related injuries. This experience not only enhanced her clinical skills but also reinforced her passion for helping individuals return to peak performance safely and effectively. In addition to her background in physical therapy, she is an internationally certified Yoga Instructor. Her knowledge of movement flow, breathwork, and postural alignment allows me to incorporate a holistic and mindful approach into rehabilitation programs tailored for her patients. She is also a trained Indian classical Bharatanatyam dancer and has earned a graduation degree in this traditional dance form. Dance has always been a significant part of her life as it fuels her creativity, strengthens her body awareness, and enriches her understanding of human movement.
