About Dr. Diane Milhan

Dr. Milhan has a background in physical medicine that encompasses and integrates Eastern (Oriental) and Western (biomedicine) approaches. She holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Stockton University and has been practicing physical therapy since 1985. Additionally, Dr. Milhan earned a Master's in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York City and a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon. She has been practicing acupuncture since 2000 and has been board certified by the NCCAOM for over twenty years. Dr. Milhan also holds an NCC certification in Ambulatory Women's Health Care as an RN. She completed training as a lymphedema therapist in 2006 and served as director of Education for the Monmouth Ocean Regional Perinatal Center in New Jersey. Dr. Milhan integrates Eastern and Western medicine in the care and treatment of patients with pain, cancer, women's health, and musculoskeletal issues. She uses a combination of acupuncture styles and techniques chosen to meet each patient's unique needs and constitution.
