About Donna Noskewicz
I discovered my passion for hand therapy during my clinical rotations in graduate school. My career began at an outpatient hand therapy-based facility in the Bronx and Queens, NY, where I worked closely with patients facing complex injuries of the upper extremity such as tendon lacerations, amputations, and crush injuries. As my interest in hand therapy deepened, I decided to pursue a specialized certification in hand therapy to further enhance my skills and expertise in this field. This experience has shaped my commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals with hand injuries, helping them regain function and improve their quality of life.
Over time, I expanded my focus to women's health and pelvic floor dysfunction after learning of my sister's personal struggles with these issues. This made me realize that while pelvic floor dysfunction is common, it is not normal—and it can be treated. I am currently pursuing my Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification through the esteemed Herman and Wallace Institute to further specialize in this area.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling, and staying active through walks and workout classes like Pilates and barre. I also have a keen interest in holistic practices and nutrition, continually seeking to learn more about these areas to complement my professional knowledge and personal well-being.
