Hello and thank you in advanced for reading my introduction! My name is Douglas Boyd and I am here to help. If you decide to work with me, you will receive my undivided attention from our first encounter. I believe one of the most genuine, appreciated gifts you can give anyone is your full attention. I use the first session simply to get to know you, explain my approach to therapy and answer any questions you see fit. I believe genuine, in-person (or video) interactions between us are at the core of the healing relationship, so this blurb is left intentionally short.
