I am a licensed psychotherapist with experience working with adults suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Francis Marion University and a Master's in Social Work from Walden University. I use evidence-based strategies to help people create actionable changes in their thoughts and behaviors and find purpose in their lives. I work to help each person develop improved skills to cope with life stressors. I believe in an individualized approach and meet each person where they are in their lives and personal goals. My aim is to empower individuals, enhance their mental health, and offer a safe, supportive space. I emphasize holistic approaches and work in partnership with you to begin your healing process and uncover your inner strengths. I believe everyone deserves the highest level of care and am dedicated to positively impacting the lives of those who seek therapy.

So I actually want them to know that I’m only doing this because I actually like them, and zoco doc is saying this is going to expire, however I don’t think you should be asking for a review for a therapist right away. This is an initial review for my first appointment not for services that I’m going to be continuing with them. I would like to know that the appointment went very well and that I am going to continue services with this provider. They had availability. They made sure that they continued the appointment appropriately and I would highly recommend this provider because they’re very realistic. I look forward to my next appointment with them.
