“My personal goal for fitness is movement, which is a gateway to a healthy lifestyle. I always focus on my fitness goals of having an active lifestyle for my mental and physical health. I believe working out has so many benefits and I try to incorporate them standard APTA 150 minutes of moderate-intensity workout weekly.” Eileen will help future patients by always caring. She will always go above and beyond for each patient’s care, from chart review to making sure she is ready for treatment, to researching different evidence-based approaches for the best possible care. She is always creating a therapeutic relationship and listening to her patients. “I want to treat them as number one and not just a number.” In my spare time, I enjoy spending time outdoors swimming, jogging, or taking a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood with my dog. I also enjoy reading and hanging out with my friends and family.
