About Elena Malik

This experience led her to pursue physical therapy as a career. She graduated from Charles University with two degrees: a general medicine degree in 2005 and a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy in 2006. She qualified as a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York in 2010. Over the past nine years, she has worked in outpatient orthopedic clinics. Having been a rhythmic gymnast from the age of six, Elena discovered her love for movement and fitness early on and now enjoys yoga and Pilates. She believes in detailed corrections of movement to achieve proper results.
