About Emily Regan
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in health sciences from Stonehill College in 2014 and went on to earn her Doctorate degree from Northeastern University in 2018. She then completed a one-year post-doctoral clinical residency program at the Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy in 2019. While at Stonehill College, Emily served as captain of the Cross Country and Track and Field Teams where she earned All New England honors and was a provisional national qualifier in the 5,000m. Emily specializes in orthopedic injuries and has a particular interest in sports medicine and manual therapy. In her free time Emily enjoys long distance running and spending time with her husband and daughter.

Exceptional! Emily goes over and beyond in the care and treatment with my young daughter. Not only is her skill level and expertise strong and professional, but her ability to work with children is playful and creative. Emily is always thinking of exercises and routines to keep my child engaged. In Emily's care, my daughter feels strong, empowered, cared for, and motivated. We love our PT time with Emily!

I sincerely looked forward to all my appointments with Emily. Her welcoming and warm personality made physical therapy an enjoyable experience, and her creative treatment plans and exercises kept me making progress. Perhaps most importantly, Emily seemed fully invested in my recovery, taking the time to understand my unique injuries and developing a personalized physical therapy plan for my needs. I always felt better about my recovery walking out of her office then I did walking in.

I had an amazing experience at Professional Physical Therapy with Emily as my PT. I came in after back surgery having lost strength and experiencing discomfort. Emily was wonderful. She was thorough, made me feel so comfortable, and created a plan that got me back to feeling great and able to participate in sports again. PPT provides a great environment to heal and Emily is the best!
